User Replay raises $4.7m from Longwall et al.
Longwall Ventures and existing investors have backed a $4.7m funding round for customer experience management software business User Replay.
Also taking part in the round were existing investors Episode 1 Ventures, EC1 Capital and FSE.
The fresh funding will be used to support User Replay's expansion in the US and to accelerate product innovation.
Previous funding
User Replay received £350,000 from EC1 and Star-Achats in September 2013.
In October 2014, Episode 1 led a $3.25m funding round for the company, alongside EC1 and FSE.

Reading-based User Replay develops cloud-based customer experience management software. The software is aimed at helping its clients deliver a better online experience for their consumers. It identifies, diagnoses and fixes barriers to conversion, such as usability, and technical and performance issues.
The business is headquartered in Reading and San Francisco.
