Lyceum's Access Group acquires Sazneo
Lyceum Capital portfolio company Access Group has acquired British business software provider Sazneo.
The transaction represents the eighth add-on acquisition for Access Group since Lyceum acquired the company for £50m in March 2011.
Company
Sazneo is a Colchester-based business software provider. It offers real-time group messaging services to improve communications. The company was founded in December 2009. Its service went live in September 2010.
Following the deal, its services will be integrated into Access's aCloud, the company's software-as-a-service solution.
People
Jeremy Hand, Phillip Buscombe, Martin Wygas and Martin Squier led the initial investment in Access Group for Lyceum. Chris Bayne is CEO of Access Group.
