
Westbridge invests £4m in DB Systems
Westbridge Capital has invested £4m in audiovisual and IT equipment business DB Systems.
The fresh capital will be used to invest in new equipment, allowing the business to accelerate its growth plans.
The global market for audiovisual equipment supply is worth $27bn, yet according to Westbridge is highly fragmented. Against this backdrop, Westbridge will also consider add-on deals to further DB System's growth. According to the GP, a number of strategic opportunities have already been identified.

Term debt of £1.25m has been supplied by NatWest.
Company
Founded in 1994, DB Systems supplies audiovisual and IT equipment, interactive software and temporary network infrastructure to trade shows, exhibitions and live events.
The Tewkesbury-based company employs 63 people and generates revenues of £8m.

David Bulley is the founder and CEO of DB Systems. Westbridge partner James Wakefield, alongside Sandy Smart, led the deal.
