LDC’s Node4 bolts on Premier IT Networks
LDC-owned IT and communications services provider Node4 has completed the add-on acquisition of British secure cloud computing provider Premier IT Networks.
The bolt-on was supported by LDC and is the third acquisition by Node4 since it was acquired by the GP in May 2013, having bought LETN Solutions in August 2014 and Reconnix in March this year. As a result, Node4's number of employees has more than doubled during LDC's ownership, now employing a total of 155 people.
For Node4, the buyout of Premier IT Networks will improve its geographic presence, add new sectors to its offering, and increase the company's overall IT knowledge.
Premier IT Network's staff of 17 will remain at its Westminster office, which will be incorporated into the Node4 group.
