BC Partners’ Côte completes double bolt-on
BC Partners-owned casual dining chain Côte has acquired London-based American-style restaurant group Jackson & Rye and casual dining restaurant Limeyard in a double bolt-on.
The acquisitions are the first made by Côte since it was acquired by BC Partners in a secondary buyout from CBPE Capital in July 2015.
Adding on Jackson & Rye and Limeyard forms part of BC Partners' strategy of turning Côte into a multi-branded restaurant group.
Company
Jackson & Rye is a group of three restaurants offering food inspired by the east coast of the US, with locations in London's Soho, Richmond and Chiswick areas.
Limeyard is a restaurant located in Ealing, West London, which provides all-day casual dining.
