TCA appoints Fickling as portfolio manager
Guernsey-registered TCA Private Opportunities Fund has appointed Bill Fickling as portfolio manager.
The new recruit will be based in Florida, though in addition to his US remit he will also work on small-cap senior secured debt investments in European private equity, with a particular focus on the UK.
TCA principally invests in the medical, energy, IT and security sectors, as well as the food and drink space.
Fickling leaves his role as manager at Executive Homes of Georgia after five years with the business. Prior to joining Executive Homes of Georgia, he spent 15 years at family office Mulberry Street Investment Company, leaving his role as vice-president in 2001 to take on a role at Atlantic Southern Financial Group.
