
AlixPartners promotes eight across European offices
Advisory firm AlixPartners has promoted three team members to managing director and another five to the position of director.
Lisa Ashe and John Maloney were appointed managing directors in AlixPartners' London office. Ashe, who joined in 2007, will lead the turnaround & restructuring services unit. She previously worked at Mesirow Financial Consulting in New York and is a chartered accountant. She holds a bachelor's degree in French and Latin from the University of Southampton.
Maloney will lead the enterprise improvement unit. Before joining AlixPartners in 2006, he worked in consulting positions at AT Kearney, KPMG and Unisys. He holds an MBA from Cass Business School and a bachelor's degree in physics from Edinburgh University.
David Benichou was promoted to managing director in the enterprise improvement unit of the Paris office. Like his colleague in London, he joined the company in 2006 and previously worked for AT Kearney. He holds a master's degree in civil engineering from Ecole Nationale Superieure des Mines.
In Germany, Alban Baiker, Bastian Kuhl and Matthias Hansch were promoted to director. Baiker and Kuhl are based in the Dusseldorf office, in the turnaround & restructuring services unit and the enterprise improvement unit respectively. Hansch works in the enterprise improvement unit in Munich.
Andy Searly was also promoted to director in the London office's enterprise improvement unit. Alessandro Missaglia will hold the same position in the Milan office.
