
CZECH REPUBLIC - AMC backs acquisition of ERA
Accession Mezzanine Capital has financed the acquisition of ERA by Rannoch Inc with a EUR 6.25m mezzanine facility. ERA, an aircraft surveillance technology company based in Pardubice, Czech Republic, was acquired by Rannoch Inc for an undisclosed amount in October 2006. Rannoch Inc, a US based aircraft surveillance technology company is backed by private equity houses, including Boulder Ventures, which significantly increased their equity stake in Rannoch to finance this acquisition.
