UK - Bestport aquires Healthcall for £2m

Bestport invested alongside Rose's chairman and now holds a majority stake in Healthcall. The company's management rolled over its previous investment. Healthcall, based in Luton, is a provider of optical services to housebound elderly people and its turnover is forecast to be £10m in 2008.
