FRANCE - BI-SAM Technologies receives EUR 5m from Galileo and Alven
Galileo Partners and Alven Capital have invested EUR 5m in BI-Sam Technologies, in two tranches. The company’s three founders retain a majority equity stake
Founded in 2000 by finance, IT and management experts, BI-Sam specialises in providing portfolio performance software to asset management firms. Its clients manage funds varying from EUR 15bn to EUR 350bn. The new funds will be used to strengthen existing positions in Europe, develop new products and to establish a new strategy for international expansion.
