SPAIN – Axis takes 5% stake in food company

Axis Participaciones Empresariales has taken a 5% stake in preserve company Isabel, which is owned by the Garavilla Family.

According to reports the capital increase will enable the launch of a new line of products and to strengthen international growth, particularly in the South American region, where market growth preserves is double that of the Spanish market.
