M&A and tax law firm Bichot & Associés launched
Bichot & AssociУЉs, a law firm specialising in M&A and taxation, has launched.
The law firm was established by Nicolas Bichot, Patrice Coutrier, Charles Noël van den Broek and Mathieu Odet. Bichot & Associés' business model is designed to ensure seamless case management offering personalised assistance on a fully independent basis to avoid conflicts of interest.
The firm is aiming to expand on a short term basis to about 20 lawyers while maintaining the ratio of one partner to one associate. Bichot & Associés will be based in Paris.
