
Schultze & Braun opens Paris office
German law firm Schultze & Braun, specialising in business recovery, insolvency and restructuring, has announced the launch of a new Paris office.
The new office will be under the direction of Ellen Delzant and Patrick Ehret. The firm expanded to France in order to be closer to its clients and the legal practitioners with whom it regularly collaborates.
The French team will mainly act on cross-border restructuring operations, advising French investors on developing their activities and protecting their business interests in Germany.
