NETHERLANDS - Bencis acquires Winsol Group

Bencis Capital Partners has reached an agreement to acquire a substantial equity interest in Winsol Group, a producer of PVC and aluminium windows and doors, sun protection systems, rollers shutters, sectional doors and balustrades.

The company employs 600 staff, is active through 11 production entities in Belgium, France, the UK and Ireland and recorded a turnover of approximately EUR 80m in 2005.

Winsol aims to further grow the business in its existing markets. The investment of Bencis enables the company to continue autonomous growth and to realise expansion through add-on acquisitions.
