SWEDEN - Riverside-backed Sage acquires H&H
The Riverside Company-backed international communications company Sage Holdings has acquired Hallvarsson & Halvarson (H&H), a Swedish corporate communications and web services firm.
Sage Holdings was formed in 2007 with private equity backing from The Riverside Company. It includes proxy solicitation company D.F. King and financial communications firm M:Communications. With offices in New York, London, Dubai, Munich and now Stockholm, Sage employs more than 900 professionals.
The transaction represents the 10th investments from Riverside Europe Fund III (REF III).
