UK - Beltrae completes Invisible acquisition
Irish investor group Beltrae Partners has acquired Scottish geothermal heating company Invisible Heating Systems (IHS) in a deal reported to be worth ТЃ10m.
Beltrae is a corporate finance adviser and private equity investor, founded in 2003. The firm invests capital provided by its management team, rather than from a third party fund, and targets small-cap buyouts worth between £1-15m.
