
FRANCE - Alyotech receives backing from Iris and CDC Entreprises
Iris Capital and CDC Entreprises have committed up to EUR 10m for technology consultancy group Alyotech.
ACE invested EUR 7m in October 2006, on behalf of Aerofund and Financiere de Brienne, while the remaining venture capital firms committed a total of EUR 9.5m in August 2005.
Following its latest acquisition, Avance of the Netherlands, Alyotech, founded in 2005, now employs over 1,000 staff, generating sales of about EUR 75 million.
