German kitchen manufacturer ALNO AG has increased its capital stock by 1,047,463 new shares at an issue price of EUR 7.78. Küchen Holding GmbH, a company advised by GermanCapital has subscribed to all newly issued shares for a total value of approximately EUR 8.15m. Following the capital increase the proportion of shares controlled by Küchen Holding GmbH will increase to 75.27% of the voting rights in ALNO AG.
