
ITALY - Helio Capital and Siliken sign agreement for PV development
Renewable energy investor Helio Capital has signed an agreement with renewable energy solutions firm Siliken Italia for the development of six photovoltaic farms with total output of 6 MW.
Helio Capital is backed by listed vehicle Cape LIVE. Helio currently has a portfolio of renewable energy investments totalling 15 MW output, having invested some EUR 60m.
Siliken Italia is a subsidiary of Grupo Zreiser-backed Spanish group Siliken, which operates in the renewable energy sector in Spain, Italy, France, Germany and the US.
