ITALY - Helio Capital and Siliken sign agreement for PV development

Five of the farms will be located in Puglia, with the other based in Sicily (1MWp). The farms are expected to be fully operational by June 2010.

Helio Capital is backed by listed vehicle Cape LIVE. Helio currently has a portfolio of renewable energy investments totalling 15 MW output, having invested some EUR 60m.

Siliken Italia is a subsidiary of Grupo Zreiser-backed Spanish group Siliken, which operates in the renewable energy sector in Spain, Italy, France, Germany and the US.
