FRANCE - OFI-backed Fondis purchases Bioritech
OFI Private Equity-backed Fondis Electronic, a testing equipment company, has acquired analysers producer Bioritech from its founding managers.
Chamarande-based Bioritech produces and sells analysis devices for water testing, and also provides maintenance services to chemical or biological analysis laboratories, research institutes, agro-food and pharmaceutical businesses. Fondis Electronic produces portable diagnostics equipment for testing in the environment, materials and the real property sector.
