Adveq promotes three
Funds-of-funds manager Adveq has promoted Viswanathan Parameswar, Sasha Kugler and Patrick Küntscher to the role of executive director.
Küntscher joined Adveq in 2004 and is responsible for all tax-related matters within Adveq. He is general manager of the German Investment Feeder and Client vehicles. He is also the point of contact for German investors for structuring, regulatory and tax matters.
Prior to joining, Küntscher was a tax consultant at EY and previously at Arthur Andersen in Germany.
Parameswar joined Adveq's investment management team in 2009, where he worked on the establishment of the firm's secondaries programme. As head of secondaries, Parameswar has been involved in investments across the US, Europe and Asia. He is now head of Adveq's Asia programme and will assume responsibility of investment activity in the region.
Parameswar joined from Deloitte, where he was part of the financial advisory group. He has also worked at Société Générale Private Equity and Rothschild in France.
Kugler joined Adveq in 2005 and has been responsible for human resources and facility management. Prior to joining, Kugler was a project manager at Alcatel Switzerland.
