UK - Ludgate backs packaging solutions company

This investment is part of a wider placing of £6.125m shares, comprising £2m of ordinary shares and £4.125m of CULS. The 3 year CULS carry an 8% per annum coupon payable semi-annually in arrears and are convertible into ordinary shares of RAP.

The investment will serve to refinance loan capital and to accelerate the company’s next stage of growth which will have a focus on expansion of the international business.

RAP specialises in the design, manufacture and supply of innovative, ergonomic, cost effective and environmentally responsible packaging systems particularly for the "food on the move" marketplace.
