UK - Eurotel makes acquisition
Inflexion Private Equity-backed Eurotel, a provider of telephony services to SMEs, has acquired the SME customer base from its broadband supplier Griffin.
Llyods TSB Bank, Eurotel's senior lender, provided funding for the transaction. Eurotel's core product and services include phone systems, systems maintenance, fixed lines and mobile lines and calls and mobile and fixed lines data services. Griffn already supplies Eurotel with broadband services and the deal will improve Eurotel's overall broadband supply.
