Swedish growth investor Scope has taken a 65% stake in driving school Wright Trafikkskole.
Wright offers driving education for all types of vehicles. Founded in 1997, the group has 17 offices and 80 employees, with sales exceeding NOK 80m last year. The new funds will enable the company to execute its expansion plans into other Scandinavian markets.
Founder Kevin Wright will continue as CEO and board member, and retain a minority stake.
The investment was made from Scope's second growth fund.
