KKR buys nursing home debt
KKR has purchased part of the loans of UK nursing home operator Four Seasons Health Care Group Ltd.
The Sunday Times of London reported that KKR bought an undisclosed share of the loans of Four Seasons Care Home Group.
The purchase could be the first step of a restructuring plan from KKR, with the goal of taking over the nursing home operator.
Since August 2004, the company has been owned by Allianz Capital Partners, which acquired it through a secondary buyout from Alchemy Partners for £775m.
