Anmathe Beteiligungs AG, listed in Vienna, is now also listed on the Frankfurt Open Market. Anmathe focuses on acquiring Mittelstand companies that go through difficulty or require succession plans. Anmathe holds minority and majority stakes in a number of companies that employ staff and report a combined turnover of EUR 36m.
