
FRANCE - Evolem power Evasol with EUR 2.2m
Evolem has taken a minority stake in Evasol, a solar installations company for EUR 2.2m.
Lyon-based Evasol was founded in 2007 by Stéphane Maureau. The turnkey company exclusively installs Tenesol solar panels on private residences. The business generated a turnover of EUR 35m in 2008 and aims to hit EUR 70m in 2009.
Evasol currently employs 270 people, and the recent capital injection will fund 70 new hires.
