UK - Finance Wales announces its largest ever deal

Finance Wales has announced its largest ever deal - a ТЃ4m investment in Bluestone, a ТЃ110m unique, т€˜greenт€™ holiday village in Pembrokeshire targeting the high value, high growth short break market. The investment is over three times Finance Walesт€™ previous largest investment and is a significant step forward for the company created by the Welsh Assembly Government to provide commercial funding for Welsh businesses. This significant investment moves Finance Wales away from its traditional focus on investments up to ТЃ1m.
