AUSTRIA - Tyrol Equity acquires 27% of Eisbär Sport
Tyrol Equity has agreed to acquire 27% of sport fashion company Eisbär Sport from Athena funds.
The new investors plan to support the current strategy of the company, which is said to be performing well due to a strong brand and unaffected by the economic crisis.
Eisbär manufactures sports wear in Feldkirchen/Donau, where it employs around 85 people. The turnover of the company is around EUR 10m in the year to June 2009.
