SWEDEN - Sustainable Technologies Fund and InnKap back Hexaformer
Sustainable Technologies Fund has alongside existing investor InnovationsKapital (InnKap) invested SEK 35m into Hexaformer, a Swedish developer of transfomer technology and reactor solutions.
The business is headquartered in Uppland Väsby, and opened its own production facility in Västervik in Sweden in 2007. In addition to Hexaformer's own production, the company has licensing agreements with other transformer companies which are then allowed to use Hexaformer's technology. One example is MSECC which produces Hexaformer's delta cores for North and South America.
