ITALY – Intesa Sanpaolo invests in Somacis Group
Intensa Sanpaolo’s Fondo Mezzogiorno has acquired a 20% stake in electronics manufacturer Somacis Group for an undisclosed sum.
The company specialises in the production and commercialisation of keyboard cells and printed circuit boards (PCB) used in the assembly of computers and other electronic devises. In 2007 the company reported a EUR 50m turnover, with 87% of the revenues coming from PCB
