CYPRUS - RC2 invests EUR 30m into EPH
RC2 has acquired a 21.3% stake in Cyprus-based holding company East Point Holding (EPH) for EUR 30m.
Founded in 1990, EPH owns various businesses in South-Eastern Europe, including a network of agricultural storage facilities and mills along or near the Danube, Serbia’s copper processor Valjaonica Bakra Sevojno, a bakery products group in Serbia, and a number of properties in various countries. In 2007, the group recorded sales of USD 520.3m.
