FINLAND - NorthZone et al. invest $15m into Imbera
NorthZone Ventures, Index Ventures, and Conor Venture Partners have invested $15m into technology company Imbera Electronics as part of a series-B funding round.
Imbera is the developer of patented IMB technology, which has numerous applications in the electronics manufacturing industry, from mobile phones and GPS devices to automotive and medical uses.
The financing will be used to bring a new manufacturing operation online in Sangsong-ri and South Korea, as well as continue to develop Imbera's embedded technology through its R&D activities in Finland.
