AC Desarrollo, the private equity arm of Grupo Ahorro Corporación, has carried out a capital increase in chain retailer Musgo - upping its stake to 87.5%.
The company's debt has also been refinanced to enable it to pursue its medium and long term development plan.
AC Desarrollo acquired a 47.5% stake of the retail chain Musgo through the fund AC Capital Premier II in the summer of 2006. The total value of the transaction was around EUR 15m and the remaining 52.5% remained in the hands of the founding Oria Riu family.
