UK - August-backed Enara completes Care Agency add-on

The Care Agency provides carers to clients throughout the UK, focusing the elderly, those in need of post-operative care, and end of life and respite care. The company was established in 1990.

Enara is a specialist provider of home care services to both elderly people and those with disabilities. The company was founded in 1996 and is headquartered in Ealing, West London.

August Equity acquired Enara in 2008 and has committed £46m to fund a buy-and-build growth strategy. To date the businesses has completed ten add-on acquisitions.
