
BELGIUM - Gimv and DG Infra+ invest EUR 30m into Electrawinds
Gimv and DG Infra+ have jointly invested EUR 30m into renewable energy company Electrawinds NV via a subordinated loan with warrants.
This is Electrawinds's second fundraising round this year, following on from a EUR 20m investment provided by DG Infra+ and Gemeentelijke Holding in the form of a subordinated loan with warrants. DG Infra+ is a non-listed private equity fund, set up by Dexia and Gimv, focusing on investments in infrastructure and related assets.
Gimv contributed EUR 25m to the capital increase, while DG Infra+ invested the remainder EUR 5m.
