CEE - Enterprise Investors backs Dystrybucja Polska
Enterprise Investors has acquired a 30% stake in non-addressed mail distributor Dystrybucja Polska (Polish Distribution) in a deal valued at PLN 6m (approx. EUR 1.5m).
Headquartered in Poznañ, Poland, Dystrybucja Polska specialises in non-addressed mail delivery market. The company offers a high-quality service in the delivery of non-addressed mail, such as advertising flyers and newsletters, to individual households. The company has distribution contracts with large retail stores including Auchan, Real, Tesco and Leroy Merlin as well as firms targeting individual consumers. Dystrybucja Polska projects sales in excess of PLN 30m (approx. €7.5m) for 2008. EVF I investments range from EUR 1-5m per project. The fund finances the expansion of small and medium-sized enterprises operating in the technology sector as well as in traditional sectors in Poland and other Central and Eastern European countries.
