
ITALY - Intesa Sanpaolo invests EUR 7m in software company
Intesa Sanpaolo has taken a 23% stake in software company Dedalus in a deal valued at EUR 13.6m, to which the investor provided EUR 7m.
Other investors include Sviluppo Imprese Centro Italia and the newco Alea Srl both with 10% stakes valued at EUR 3m and EUR 3.6m respectively.
The remainder of the capital will be retained by the mangement (5%) and by Giorgio Moretti managing director at Dedalus.
