FRANCE/US - AGF, Balderton and Partech invest $9m into TVtrip
New investors AGF Private Equity and historic backers Balderton Capital and Partech International have invested $9m into TVtrip.com, an online hotel viewing site, in a second round of financing.
TVtrip.com offers travelers the opportunity to watch a video of their chosen hotel online before booking. The website currently hosts around 3,000 filmed hotel videos located across the world. The financing will be used to increase the TVtrip.com's video offering by expanding further into US and Asian markets.
The company has previously raised $4.8 million.
