UK - Maven's Capital for Enterprise invests £650,000 into Qire
Maven Capital Partners, through its Capital for Enterprise Fund, has invested £650,000 into Qire, a provider of intelligent voice messaging solutions.
Manchester-based Qire provides automated voice messaging technology that uses real speech to communicate with customers. The company's system automates the process of making telephone calls to named contacts, verifying their identity and then routing the call to a live agent, delivering a voice message or leaving a message on an answering machine. The system can be used to confirm appointments, provide emergency alerts, to notify delivery times and to improve the efficiency of customer contact centres. The business employs more than 20 people at its offices in Liverpool City Centre.
The new funding will be used to support Qire's growth and development plans.
Maven was advised by DLA Piper and accountancy firm Langtons.
