SPAIN – Debaeque invests in software firm Oasyssoft

The investment was carried out through the firm's latest vehicle, Debaeque III, a EUR 75m fund. The investment will serve to expand the company’s presence in the North American and European markets.

In 2007 the Catalonian company reported a turnover of EUR 2.5m and EDITDA of EUR 200,000. Oasyssoft specialises in eBD, an integrated development environment for the development and publication of web sites and web applications. The technology allows the development of any type of website, its integration with other existing applications, and thus access and management of all information within a single centralised environment.
