SWEDEN - Industrifonden and Eqvitec back eBuilder with SEK 40m
Industrifonden and Eqvitec Partners have invested SEK 40m into eBuilder, a developer of business process integration systems.
Saas is a phenomenon of the "cloud computing" trend, and is projected to achieve strong growth. Only last month, a consortium of Scandinavian investors including Investor Grotwh Capital, InnovationsKapital and Via Venture Partners, took a 90% stake in Projectplace, one of the first SaaS-providers in Sweden.
Headquartered in Stockholm, eBuilder employs 140 people. In recent years it has reported annual growth of 25% and has revenues of approximately SEK 80m. It has 500,000 registrered users in 50 countries.
