AUSTRIA - Consortium backs mobil data with EUR 2.3m
Wiener Wachstumsfonds and tecnet equity have invested more than EUR 2m into mobile working company mobil data IT & Kommunikationslösungen GmbH, with part of the funding being used to acquire sector rival Tempore Zeiterfassungssysteme.
Wiener Wachstumsfonds will hold just under 25% of the company and tecnet equity slightly more than 18%, with the rest being retained by the founders.
mobil was founded in 2004 and specializes in organising the paperwork of mobile personnel via process optimisation with mobile solutions. Clients include Pressevertrieb Morawa, mobilkom A1, the city of Vienna, BEGAS, Saubermacher, REWE, Unilever, Rohrmax and Deutsche Post, amongst others. The company offers distribution, consulting, process analysis, project management, development, testing and support. The company aims to achieve a turnover of EUR 12m by 2012.
