SPAIN - Valcapital backs Suavitas
According to newspaper La Gaceta, private equity firm Valcapital has purchased a stake in the laser depilatory business Suavitas for EUR 5m. At the moment, Suavitas runs two depilation centers and maintains a business volume inferior to EUR 1m, although it reached a growth in revenue of nearly 200% in almost three years of activity. The new capital will help in the expansion of the business in the next four years, period in which the company hopes to open 35 depilation centers.
