FRANCE - AXA PE portfolio company acquires Dylon

AXA PE created the Spotless group in 2005. The company is a European producer and distributor of home care and cleaning products. Since its inception, Spotless has completed seven build-up acquisitions and currently employs 400 people and has a predicted turnover of EUR 370m in 2008.

Dylon was founded in 1946 and focuses on fabric dyes and household products which are produced under the Dylon LS, Lord Sheraton and Oust brands.
