SPAIN - Demeter and Clave Mayor invest in solar panels

The deal follows an increase in demand in the renewable and alternative energy sector encouraged by the Spanish government. Euroner specialises in the production and distribution of solar panels. It expects to reach a turnover of EUR 15m with projections putting it at EUR 40m by the end of 2008.

With the new capital, Euroner with capital to expand its facilities and its production capacity as it expects to produce 8 megawatts (MW) by the end of 2007. The company expects to generate 18 MW worth of existing orders in 2008.
