NETHERLANDS - Bencis invests in Rynart Transport
Bencis Capital Partners has acquired a substantial interest in logistic service provider Rynart Transport.
Through investing in Rynart, Bencis has fulfilled its ambition to invest in the transport and logistic sector. Bencis regards the sector as highly attractive due to its low volatility in combination with market growth that is fuelled by an increasing outsourcing trend. The market is enormous in size but is still highly fragmented. Accelerating growth through mergers and acquisitions will therefore be an integrated part of the company's strategy. Rynart aims to further grow the business in its existing markets and explore opportunities in new markets. The management of Rynart will remain unchanged.
