
SWEDEN - Ledstiernan increases Katsching stake to 62%
Swedish private equity firm Ledstiernan has acquired a further 14% stake in online mobile retailer Katshing, increasing its stake from 48% to 62%.
Ledstiernan participated in the first round of investments for the company in early 2007, acquiring a 20% stake for SEK 6m. The investor later increased its stake to 40%, investing a further SEK 8.4m in November 2007.
The ownership of Katshing is structured through Wazoo Holding AB, which wholly owns Katshing.
