FRANCE - Naxicap invests EUR 5.75m into GSM Consulting

Paris-based GSM was founded in 2005, when it spun out of Groupe Second Marché. The company conducts tax, social, environmental and financial audits in an effort to offer cost reduction strategies to companies of all sizes. The financing will be used to strengthen the commercial and audit team, develop new innovative services as well as fund external growth. GSM Consulting has 120 employees across its offices in Paris, Loondon, Braga and Tel-Aviv. The company expects to generate a turnover of EUR 12.4m in 2009, a 35% increase on the previous year.
