FRANCE - AXA PE subscribes to Carbone Lorraine capital increase
AXA Private Equity has participated in a EUR 63m capital increase for portfolio company Carbone Lorraine, a graphic solutions company, maintaining its 16% interest in the business.
The subscription price was EUR 17 per share, a 34% discount on the closing price on 17 September 2009.
Carbone Lorraine, founded in 1937, is a company specialising in graphite solutions and electrical components. Specifically the company focuses on advanced materials and technologies, electrical applications and electrical protection.
